Details and Outcomes
Data is seldom in a form in which it can be fed to machine learning algorithms directly. Feature’s need to be constructed, transformed, and even removed so that we do not suffer from the curse of dimensionality. This workshop will teach you how to perform feature transformation and selection, including using shrinkage. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to massage data just right so that you can implement high-performing machine learning models
Who?
Atul Tripathi
Mr. Atul Tripathi was a Big Data and Artificial Intelligence consultant in the National Security Council Secretariat (Prime Minister’s Office, New Delhi, India), working on the application of Big Data for National Security. He has 18+ years of experience in AI, and has worked extensively on AI and Data Protection Policy for India. He is a member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square and GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals). He is also an advisor for setting up the data science center at IISER Mohali and for various academic councils at a number of universities.
